Refined and classy, that’s me! Whenever I’m in a diner I always make it a point to make sure no one is watching before I wipe my mouth on my sleeve.

I don’t know what they mean by a BMW owner being refined and classy: My elder sister drives one, and she has been known to be rude and obnoxious.
And wiping your mouth on your sleeve is a hundred times better than not wiping your mouth at all and going around with a dirty mouth. Toronto Public Health suggests that if one has to cough or sneeze and one doesn’t have a tissue to do the “Sleeve sneeze” Wiping one’s mouth on one’s sleeve would merely be the logical extension of that health tip.
So you may actually fit the car, it’s the description that’s off. (Hehehe)
